본 연구는 한국과 중국의 교사들을 대상으로 유아 창의성에 관한 암묵적 지식의 차이를 조사하였다. 이를 위해 양국의 교사 294명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 결과 사회성, 호기심, 독창성, 주도성, 다양성의 5가지의 창의적 특성을 발견하였다. 이들 중 사회성, 호기심 및 다양성은 양국의 차이가 나타나지 않았으며, 주도성과 독창성에서 중국과 한국 간에 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 이러한 결과는 양국이 오랫동안 내려온 유교와 불교를 바탕으로 집단주의와 공동체 의식을 강조하는 공통된 문화 속에서도 근현대의 서로 다른 정치적 체제와 사회적 환경의 차이는 양국의 교사들이 가지고 있는 유아 창의성의 암묵적 지식의 차이에 영향을 미치고 있는 결과라 할 수 있다. 양국의 유아교육 환경을 이해하고 서로 협력 발전할 수 있는 방안을 마련하기 위한 기초 자료가 될 것이다.
Abstract
This study is for investigating the implicit knowledge on creativity infant teachers have targeting teachers of 147 both in Korea and China. Also, this has characteristics of exploratory research which is for looking into how different these two could be according to the nation. Below are the results of the research on those issues. First, the result of factor analysis of the silent knowledge on infant creativity of Korean and Chines infant teachers can be integrated to 5 factors, and those factors are sociality, curiosity, originality, initiative, diversity. Second, the results in sociality, curiosity and diversity of both Korea and China out of 5 factors(sociality, curiosity, originality, initiative, diversity) turned out to be similar. Third, it turned out there's a difference between Korea and China in factors of originality and initiative.
