본 연구는 목표설정 중심의 시간관리 프로그램이 중학생의 진로 자기효능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 부산시에 있는 2개의 중학교 1학년 학생들로서 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 31명, 30명을 배정하여 진행되었다. 실험집단은 목표설정 중심의 시간관리 프로그램을 실시, 적용하였고, 통제집단은 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 목표설정 중심의 시간관리 프로그램은 미래지향적인 진로목표 설정을 위한 3가지 주제로 구성된 목표설정 중심 부분과 설정된 진로목표를 현재의 상황에서 행동으로 실천할 수 있도록 도와주는 시간관리 전략 요소들을 반영하는 부분으로 미래와 현재를 연결하는 프로그램으로 개발하였다. 실험집단 학생들에게 교과시간을 활용하여 한 회기 45분 동안 10주간 목표설정 중심의 시간관리 프로그램을 적용하였으며, 진로 자기효능감 검사를 사전・사후에 실시하여 공분산분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 그 효과를 알아보았다, 연구 결과, 목표설정 중심의 시간관리 프로그램에 참여한 실험집단 학생들의 진로 자기효능감은 통제집단에 비하여 유의한 차이가 있었다, 이를 통해, 목표설정 중심의 시간관리 프로그램이 중학교 신입생의 진로 자기효능감 향상에 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of focused goal setting time management on career self-efficacy for middle school students. We assumed that first graders in middle school needed focused goal setting time management. The study based on pre-post experimental design. Goal setting time management program was applied to the experimental group for 10 weeks. The subject of this study were 61 first graders in middle school who enrolled to two middle schools located Pusan. To verify the effect of the experiment, ANCOVA was conducted. The result of this study was follows. There was a statistically significant difference in career self-efficacy between the experiment group which had been participated in the focused goal setting time management and the controlled group which hadn't any treatment. Based on the results of the study, it has been verified that focused goal setting time management program has a positive effect on improving level of the career self-efficacy of middle school students.
