한국사회에서 주관적 웰빙에 영향을 미치는 요인 분석

초록

주관적 웰빙은 최근 삶의 질이나 웰빙을 측정하는 하나의 독립된 영역으로 그 중요성이 부각되고 있다. 이 글은 한국사회에서 주관적 웰빙을 구성하는 세 개의 차원 즉 삶에 대한 만족도, 정서경험, 유데모니아에 영향을 미치는 요인들이 무엇인지를 탐색해보기 위 한 것으로 인구사회학적 요인, 경제적 요인, 사회자본 요인이 삶에 대한 만족도, 긍정정서, 부정정서, 유데모니아 각각에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 분석결과 세 개 의 요 인 중 인구사회학적 요인으로 인 한 설명력은4% 미만으로 낮은 반면, 경제적 요인과 사회자본 요인을 추가한 후 설명력이 높게 나타났다. 주관 적 웰빙에 영향을 미치는 요인은 주관적 웰빙을 구성하는 세부항목에 따 라 차이는 있으나 주로 남자보다는 여자가, 20~30대의, 대졸 이상 학력 집단에서, 경제적으로 안정되어 있으며, 집단에 대 한 신뢰도가 높 고 , 사회관계망이 넓을수록 주관적 웰빙이 높음을 확인할 수 있었다. 반면주관적 웰빙에 취약한 집단은 주 로 경제적인 어려움을 경험하고 있 는 40~50대 로 사회적으로도고립된 집단이었다.

Abstract

Subjective well-being is growing in importance as a separate area for measuring the quality of life and well-being. This study examined the determinants of subjective well-being(composed of three dimensions life evaluation, affect, and eudaimonia) in korea. The results showed the impact of economic factors and social capital factors on subjective well-being than demographic factors were more significant. The results of regression analyses the woman, younger age and higher the level of education was higher subjective well-being. Also, economic stability, trust and social connections influenced significantly on subjective well-being. On the other hand, middle age(40~59) group, the lower the income and social isolation was lower subjective well-being.
