사업체조사에서 조사목적에 따라 사전 계획 하에 표본중복을 조정할 있는 영구난수번호(PRN)를활용한 PRN sampling 방법에 대해 소개를 하고 활용 가능성을 검토해 보았다. PRN을 활용한표본설계에서 표본중복을 최소화하는 방법인 Negative co-ordination은 이전 응답표본을 표본선정에서 제외하여 응답부담을 경감시키는 방법이고, Positive co-ordination은 일부 응답표본을 중복적으로 사용하여 시계열 통계에서 안정적인 추정값을 기대할 수 있는 방법이다. 실제 사업체표본조사 사례를 바탕으로 한 모의실험을 통해 PRN sampling에 의한 추정량의 정확도를 파악한결과 층화임의표집 결과와 유사하게 나타났으나, 끊임없는 사업체의 생성, 소멸, 변동 등의 특성에 의해 실제 적용시 표본조정상의 한계점이 있었다
Abstract
This thesis presents a PRN sampling method based on a sampling co-ordination, which can evenly distribute the burden of respondents who are selected repeatedly. After real applications and comparisons, the simulation results showed that the overlap of samples was reduced compared to the Stratified Random Sampling method and the precision of the estimates also showed little difference with the Stratified Random Sampling method. But there are limits and constraints on sampling co-ordination by continuous movements of establishments such as births, deaths, changes in a Business sampling frame.
