이 연구는 비교과 프로그램의 운영 환경과 단계를 고려한 체계적인 교육만족도 측정도구 개발을 목표로 하였다. 연구는 3단계로 이루어졌다. 1단계 구성요인 설정에서 국내외 문헌연구를 통해 비교과 프로그램 분류체계, 특징, 만족도 구성요인을 검토하여 이론적 모형과 예비문항을 도출하였다. 2단계 측정도구 개발에서 14명의 전문가를 대상으로1, 2차 전문가 델파이를 통해 내용타당도를 확보하고 4요인 37문항을 선정하였다. 3단계 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증은E대학 재학생 320명 대상으로 하였다. 먼저 문항 분석을 위한 기술통계 및 상관관계를 파악하였다. 다음으로 구성요인구명을 위한 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증을 위한 내적일치도 확인, 구조모형 결정을 위한 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 개발된 비교과 프로그램 교육만족도 측정도구는 3요인 25문항으로 구성된다. 측정도구는 공통문항 17개와 수업영역(진로직업역량, 학습역량)과 운영방식(온라인, 오프라인), 교수방법(공모전유형, 교육유형)의 영역에서 역량 선택 2문항, 학습환경 선택 1문항, 운영방법 선택 1문항을 비교과 프로그램별로 모듈화가 가능하도록 개발했으며 측정도구의활용 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to develop a systematic measurement scale for education satisfaction in university co-curricular programs. The research consisted of three stages. In Stage 1, through a review of domestic and international literature, a theoretical model and preliminary items were derived by examining the classification system, characteristics, and satisfaction factors of co-curricular programs. In Stage 2, content validity was secured through the 1st and 2nd rounds of Delphi surveys with 14 experts, resulting in the selection of four factors and 37 items. Stage 3 involved validity and reliability verification with 320 students at E University. Descriptive statistics and correlations were analyzed for item analysis. Subsequently, exploratory factor analysis was conducted to identify factor structures, internal consistency was confirmed for reliability, and confirmatory factor analysis was performed to determine the structural model. The developed scale for measuring education satisfaction in co-curricular programs consists of three factors and 25 items. The measurement tool, modularized for each co-curricular program with 17 common items and two competence, one learning environment, and one operation method in selection, was developed, and suggestions for its application were provided.
