세계자본주의의 불균등발전과 초국적 자본가계급의 구성

이 논문은 오늘날 세계자본주의의 변화 과정에서 새롭게 등장한 초국적 자본가계급의 구성을 다룬다. 이 논문은 신그람시주의자들이나 하트와 네그리가 제시한 ‘제국’ 논의에서 드러나는 세계자본주의에 대한 인식과 이에 근거한 초국적 자본가계급에 분석을 비판적으로 검토하면서 기존 논의와는 다른 분석을 제시한다. 이 논문은 자본이 초국적화하면서 생산력의 불균등은 커지고 세계적 차원에서 공간적 불균등이 심화하면서 세계자본주의가 불균등하게 발전한다는 점에 주목한다. 그리고 세계자본주의의 불균등이 확대·심화하는 과정을 고려해서 이 논문은 초국적 자본가계급의 구성은 세계적 시스템이 아니라 국민국가를 매개로 한 국내외적 계급재편을통해 이루어진다고 본다. 또한 이 논문은 초국적 자본가계급의 헤게모니도 일방적으로 관철되는 것이 아니라 초국적 자본가계급의 경쟁과 협력의 모순적 관계 속에계기적으로 관철된다고 주장한다.
Abstract
This paper will analyse the formation of transnational capitalist class in the course of the evolution of global capitalism. In the discussion of Neo-Gramscian and theory of ‘Empire’ presented by M. Hardt and A. Negri,global capitalism creates the single global market and transnational capitalist class forms in global system. But, in this paper, with transnationalization of capital transnational capital extends and reinforces the uneven development of capitalism that means uneven development of production force and spatial unevenness. And the formation of transnational capitalist class don’t take place in global system, but in the class relation which reflects the change of class reconfiguration. Also, the hegemony of transnational capitalist class don’t determine unilaterally. It reflect on contradictional relation of the conflicts and cooperations of social forces.
