체계적 문헌 고찰을 통한 한·중 언어 접촉 연구 동향 분석 - 접촉으로 인한 언어 내적 변화를 중심으로 -

본 연구는 한국어와 중국어 간 언어 접촉 연구의 동향을 검토하고, 향후 연구 과제를 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 한·중 언어 접촉으로 인한 언어 내적 변화를 다룬 61편의 연구물을 대상으로 체계적 문헌 고찰을 수행하였다. 분석 결과, 한·중 언어 접촉의 학술적 논의는 1960년대부터 지속적으로 이루어져 왔으며, 다양한 언어로 연구물이 작성되어 왔다. 지금까지의 한·중 언어 접촉 연구는 대부분 음운 및 어휘 변화에 집중되어 있었다. 반면, 언어 접촉이 문법과 표기에 일으킨 변화에 대한 논의는 상대적으로 부족한 것으로 나타났으며, 문헌 연구와 질적 연구 방법에 크게 의존하고 있었다. 대부분의 연구가 주로 중국어가 한국어에 미치는 영향을 다루는 경향이 두드러져, 한국어가 중국어에 미치는 내적 변화에 관한 연구가 더욱 활성화될 필요가 있음을 시사한다. 본 연구의 분석 결과는 한·중 언어 접촉 연구의 학문적 논의를 확장하고 심화하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
This study seeks to critically evaluate research on Korean-Chinese Language Contact, identify prevailing scholarly trends, and suggest prospective avenues for investigation. Through the systematic analysis of 61 studies, the findings illustrate that academic attention to Korean-Chinese Language Contact has persisted since the 1960s, encompassing multiple languages, with a notable emphasis on phonological and lexical shifts. Conversely, investigations into the effects of grammatical interaction, Chinese characters, phonological markers have been comparatively sparse. The review also highlights a predominant reliance on literature-driven and qualitative methods, with a predominant focus on the influence of Chinese on Korean. This signals a pressing need to investigate the reciprocal dynamics, particularly the potential internal changes that Korean may affect in Chinese. The conclusions drawn from this study aim to deepen academic engagement with Korean-Chinese Language Contact. while advocating for greater exploration of underexamined external influences, such as language policies and the attitudes of speakers, in future scholarly pursuits.
