어린이집 원장의 보육과정 지원에 대한 교사의 인식과 교사 간 협력이 교수 창의성에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 원장의 보육과정 지원에 대한 교사의 인식, 교사 간 협력, 교사의 교수 창의성의 관계를 살펴보고, 원장의 보육과정 지원에 대한 교사의 인식과 교사 간 협력이 교사의 교수 창의성에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기 및 기타 지역에서 근무하는 272명의 어린이집 담임교사다. 수집된 데이터는 연구 문제에 따라 SPSS 26.0을 사용하여 기술통계분석, Pearson 상관분석, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 원장의 보육과정 지원에 대한 교사의 인식, 교사 간 협력 및 교사의 교수 창의성 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 원장의 보육과정 지원에 대한 교사의 인식과 교사 간 협력은 교사의 교수 창의성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 교사의 교수 창의성은 원장의 보육과정 지원에 대한 교사의 인식보다 큰 영향을 미치는 변인이었다. 이는 영유아 보육의 질적 수준이 향상되고 교사의 전문성 강화에 대한 방안을 모색하는데 중요한 보육교사의 교수 창의성을 증진하기 위해서는 원장의 보육과정 지원에 대한 교사의 인식과 교사 간 협력을 높게 인식하는 것이 중요하다는 것을 시사한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to specifically examine the effects of supporting childcare curriculum by the director and cooperation between teachers on teaching creativity. The subjects were 272 childcare homeroom teachers working in Seoul, Gyeonggi, and other areas. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, and the main results are as follows. Teaching creativity had a positive effect when the support of the daycare center director and cooperation between teachers were higher. Therefore, this study found that the teaching creativity of daycare center teachers is influenced by cooperation in educational activities and joint work when communication cooperation between teachers is achieved.
