군 조직은 철저한 상하서열의 위계질서에 의한 명령체계의 조직으로, 군의 모든 활동은 국가를 방위하는 확고부동한 목표에 집중되어 있다. 다른 집단에 비하여 군 조직은 의무복무의 특성으로 인해 계속 보직순환이 이루어지기 때문에 새로 충원된 조직구성원들을 목표달성을 위해 결속시키고, 강력한 통합과 공동체 의식을 발휘하도록 하기 위한 의사소통이 대단히 중요하다. 이 연구에서는 군 조직 내에서 상급자와 하급자 간의 의사소통에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하기 위해 야전부대의 지휘관 및 참모, 소대장, 부사관, 병사들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 의사소통에 영향을 주는 요인으로는 부대원의 중대장에 대한 신뢰, 소대장의 리더십, 조직관리시스템, 계급, 사단의 유형 등을 실증 분석하고, 이러한 분석을 바탕으로 군 조직의 목표달성에 기여할 수 있는 상하급자 간 의사소통 향상방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The all activities of military organizations are focused on un-shakable purposes to defend national security, and organized to be throughly performed missions in systems of commanded and directed orders. Although military organization's characteristics in duty-service system make a speedy circulation, communication in military organization is very important to bind together for effecting the consciousness of cooperation. The communications systems in military organizations include enhancing capabilities of junior officers' leadership as well. In this context, for developing communications, this study is aimed at identifying the problems in military organization through academic research about basic theory of communications and to analyzing military organization environments and the junior officers' leadership program, communications systems in military organizations.
