군 조직구성원의 의식변화에 따른 리더십 연구

Abstract

The problems coming from generation gap is one of the challenging tasks in organizational management. In terms of so-called integration of goal, full command of organization with sufficient compensation is relatively easy. However, full command of organization without sufficient compensation would be difficult, especially in the time of changing consciousness of the organizational members. Therefore, various analysis and approach is needed as much as the necessity of effective leadership in military organization. In the time of rapidly changing consciousness of members, it would be extremely difficult to discuss leadership without considering such variables. This paper, starting with such awareness, analyzes the changes in consciousness of members of current generation to see how these changes would affect organizational leadership. This research is based on surveys for elementary commanders and private soldiers to help find practical improvements on this issue from nominal and ranking scale, since practical leadership of military organization comes from them. It is certain that research in advance leader's role in military leadership has its own significance, but the focus of this paper is to look at elementary and intermediate commander' role.
