연구 목적: 본 연구는 산림분야 교육훈련기관의 운영체계를 분석하여 개선 방안을 도출하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 산림조합 훈련원 및 연수원의 교육생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 뒤, 설문결과를 보완하기 위해 교관을 대상으로 심층면담을 진행하는 혼합연구를 수행하였다. 연구 내용: 개방체제 모형을 분석의 틀로 활용하여 산림조합 산하 훈련원 및 연수원의 교육운영 실태를 파악하고, 체제 개선안을 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 교육생 대다수가 총 10~15년의 경력을 가진 50대 이상 남성이며, 교육생들은 교육기관에 대한 물리적 접근성이 낮고 교육방법에 있어 실습기회가 충분하지 않다는 데 공감대를 형성하고 있었다. 또한 교육생들은 현재 받고 있는 교육이 현업 적용이나 직무능력 향상에 도움이 되었다고 응답하면서도 추후 경험하기 희망하는 산림교육에 대해서는 상당히 다양하게 표출했다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 산림분야 교육훈련기관 운영체계 개선방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to derive measures the effectiveness of educational and training institutions in the forestry sector. A survey was conducted on trainees from the Korea Forestry Cooperative Training Institutes and a mixed study was conducted on teachers, in the form of an in-depth interview, to supplement the results of the initial survey. The results are as follows. The majority of the trainees were men in their 50s or older with a total of 10 to 15 years of experience. In addition, although trainees responded was beneficial for improving their job skills in the real field, respondents also expressed a considerable variety of forest education which they hoped to experience in the future. Through this, the implication of this study were discussed in addition to the suggestion for the further study.
