원격 산림교육 프로그램 개선을 위한 교육 만족도 및 유형 선호도에 관한 연구

본 연구는 원격 산림교육 프로그램의 만족도 분석 및 유형 선호도 조사를 통해 추후 원격 산림교육 운영 시 선호되는 프로그램의 적용 가능성을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 PCSI 2.0 모델을 재구성하여 설문문항을 구성하고, 각 지표별 교육 만족도 분석을 통해 원격 산림교육의 보완점을 도출하였다. 또한 비형식 교육기관에서 제공되는 원격교육에 대한 교사의 선호 교육유형을 분석하고 학생과 교사의 교육 만족도와 재참여 의사, 교육 효과성 등의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 학생의 실시간 양방향 교육 만족도가 콘텐츠 활용 중심 교육 만족도 점수보다 더 높게 나타났으며, 두 교육유형 모두 인식의 변화에 대한 만족도 점수가 가장 낮았다. 교사의 선호 교육유형으로는 학교 수업 차시 기준 2차시, 즉 1~2시간 이내의 교육 시간과 70%이상 체험 또는 실습으로 구성된 교육방식으로 나타났으며, 학생과 교사 모두 교육 만족도, 재참여 의사, 교육 효과성 간 유의한 상관관계가 있음을 확인하였다. 이러한 결과를 종합했을 때 본 연구는 향후 원격 산림교육을 개선하기 위해 고려해야 할 사항으로 학생의 인식변화 제고 방안 마련 및 이론·체험교육 비율변화 등의 시사점을 도출하였다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to understand the applicability of the preferred program in the future operation of distance forest education through satisfaction analysis and type preference survey of distance forest education programs. To this end, this study reconstructed the PCSI 2.0 model to construct a questionnaire, and analyzed the points to be supplemented in distance forest education through educational satisfaction analysis by indicator. In addition, teachers' preference for distance education provided by non-formal educational institutions was analyzed, and the correlation between students and teachers' educational satisfaction, willingness to re-participate, and educational effectiveness was analyzed. As a result of the study, students' real-time two-way education satisfaction was higher than the content utilization-centered education satisfaction score, and both types of education had the lowest satisfaction score for changes in perception. Teachers' preferred types of education were found to be education time within 1 to 2 hours and experience or practice education of more than 70%, and both students and teachers confirmed that there was a significant correlation between educational satisfaction, re-participation, and educational effectiveness. Taking these results together, this study drew implications such as a plan to enhance students' perceptions and a change in the ratio of theoretical and experiential education as considerations to improve remote forest education in the future.
