인천항은 물류창고 수요보다 공급이 많아지게 되면서 공급수요 불균형에 따른 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 측면에서 본 연구에서는 인천항 배후단지 물류창고의 화주기업 유치방안을 위해 물류창고 선택요인을 제시하는 것을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 1단계로 선행연구 고찰과 물류창고 운영기업 및 물류기업 전문가들의 In-depth Interview를 통해 물류창고 선택에 영향을 미치는 주요요인을 파악하였다. 2단계로 도출된 주요 요인들에 대해 인천항 배후단지 주변 물류창고 운영기업 21개사의 전문가 의견을 반영한 퍼지분석을 활용하여 물류창고의 화주기업 유치방안을 위한 주요요인의 중요도를 분석하였다. 조사 결과, 서비스 비용, Service solution, 안전한 제품관리 등을 가장 중요한 요인으로 고려하여 의사결정을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 창고 시설·설비, 장비·편리성, 파트너 등은 상대적으로 낮게 평가되었다.
Abstract
Currently Port of Incheon is faced with an difficulty regarding the imbalance of logistics warehouse between supply and demand. In this respect, the aim of this research is to suggest selection factors for logistics warehouse in port hinterland, especially focusing on Port of Incheon. To obtain the research purpose, in the first stage, principle factors affecting selection of warehouse in port hinterland were drawn out using in-depth interview with experts. In the second stage, weighing of major facors were analyzed using 21 experts of warehouse operating companies by Fuzzy method. As a result, service cost, service solution, safe product management were indicated as important factors while facilities of warehouse, convenience, partnership are suggested to have ralatively low importance.
