인천항 물류애로요인 분석에 관한 연구- 컨테이너 화물을 중심으로 -

항만경쟁력 평가에서 비용, 위치, 시설능력 외에도 항만서비스에 대한 경쟁력이 갈수록 중요해지고 있는 추세이다. 항만서비스 향상을 위해서는 항만에 영향을 미치는 물류 애로요인에 대한 파악이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 관세청, 산업자원부, 무역협회 등에서 항만물류 애로요인에 대한 요소들을 파악하여 이를 기준으로 인천의 내항과 외항의 컨테이너 화물에 대한 요인을 설정하였다. 또한, 각 요인에 대한 계층분석법을 통해 가중치를 파악하여 각 요소별 중요도를 도출하였다. 타 연구에서는 항만간 경쟁력 비교가 주 대상인데 반해 본 논문에서는 인천항에서도 컨테이너화물에 국한하여 물류프로세스상의 선사, 터미널운영사, 포워더, 인천 내항과 외항의 카페리선사를 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구에서는 애로요인을 통한 물류서비스 경쟁력 요인을 구체적으로 파악할 수 있었다. 인천외항에서는 장치보관, 배후연계, 내륙운송, 인천내항에서는 입출항, 갑문, 내륙운송, 하역 등이 주요인으로 파악되었다.
Abstract
As the current trend to the main index of the port competitiveness evaluation, the competitiveness index of the port service comes to more important than the part of expense, location and facility. To reform the bottleneck of port has an effect on improving port service competitiveness. In this study, we collected recent questionnaire data used in the Custom Service, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Trade Association about bottlenecks of port logistics. We produced the order of priorities of bottlenecks by multiplying each output priorities and weights of each process for Incheon inner and outer ports, focused on container freight using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Unlike existing studies, this paper presents the priority evaluation only focused on the container freight and the results were produced by each port user groups: shipping company, terminal operation company and forwarder, car-ferry in Incheon inner and outer ports. It means that competitiveness factors concerning bottlenecks can be presented more concretely and in detail than those in former researches.
