한국 공예교육기관의 실태분석에 관한 연구: 관련 교육기관 조사를 중심으로

본 연구에서는 국내 공예 교육기관의 실태를 살펴 교육기관의 문제점은 무엇이고 개선방안은 무엇인지를 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등 공예 교육기관에 대한 현황 및 실태 분석 결과를 살펴보면 다음과 같다. 교육기관의 이미지, 실습, 진학, 시설, 그리고 취업 부분에서 교육기관이 아직 제 역할을 수행하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났으며 개선의 목소리가 많은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 둘째, 중등 공예 교육기관에서는 교육기관의 이미지 개선과 실습과정 개설, 공예 분야 교육기관에 대한 인식의 전환 을 위해서 정부와 각 교육기관들이 연계되어 학부모, 학생, 일반인들을 대상으로 공예산업의 중요성과 발전방 안을 지속적으로 공유해나갈 필요성이 있다. 그리고 취업연계 강화를 통해 학생들의 교육의 질적 수준을 높일 수 있다. 본 연구결과는 공예 전문교육 현장이 공예산업현장과 자연스럽게 연계되어 한국적 전통과 시대정신 에 접목 가능한 공예 전문가의 양성과 중등 공예 전문교육 발전에 필요한 자료로 활용될 수 있다
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the actual situation of Korean craft education institutions and to analyze the problems of the educational institutions and the ways of improvement. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, the present status and actual condition of the secondary craft education institutions are as follows. It has been shown that educational institutions have not yet fulfilled their roles in image, practice, advancement, facilities, and employment of educational institutions, and it was confirmed that there are many voices of improvement. Second, in order to improve the image of educational institutes, to open practical training courses, and to change the perception of educational institutions in crafts, the government and educational institutions are linked to the importance and development of craft industry for parents, students, There is a need to continue to share plans. It is also possible to enhance the quality of education for students through strengthening employment links. The results of this study can be used as a necessary material for the development of craft experts and the development of professional crafts for secondary crafts, which can be naturally linked to the craft industry and the field of craft education.
