중등공예교육 실태분석 및 개선점 분석: 공예전문가를 대상으로

본 연구는 공예교육의 현황과 실태를 분석하여 중등공예교육의 개선의 방법을 찾는 것이다. 이를 위해 공예 전문가 집단과 비전문가 집단을 대상으로 교육기관, 교육과정, 그리고 전문교육 부분을 중점적으로 조사하여 개 선방안을 모색해 보았다. 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중등 공예교육기관에 대한 현황 및 실태분석 결 과, 교육기관의 이미지, 실습, 진학, 시설, 그리고 취업부분에서 교육기관이 제 역할을 수행하지 못하고 있는 것 으로 나타났으며 특히 취업연계 강화를 통한 교육개선의 방향점을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 중등 공예교육과정에서 도 교과과정의 구성, 직무능력 교육과정, 교육만족도 부분에서 미흡한 점이 드러났으며, 교과과정의 다양화, 현 장중심 교육과정, 그리고 학생들의 공예역량 향상을 위한 교과과정 보완 등의 개선방안으로 제시되었다. 셋째, 중등 공예 전문교육과정에 대한 현황분석의 결과로, 중등공예 전문교육과정에 대한 특화된 전문성이 요구되는 교육과정 확대, 국가직무능력훈련 제도의 보완, 그리고 공예산업과 연계된 산업교육 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났 고 무엇보다 정부정책 개선을 통해 전문가를 양성할 수 있는 교육체계가 마련되어야 함을 확인할 수 있었다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the status and situation of craft education to find ways of improving the Secondary Teaching. To this end, this study focused on educational institutions, curriculum, and professional education for craft and non-professional groups to find ways to improve them. The results are summarized as follows. First, as a result of analyzing the current status and actual condition of secondary craft educational institutions, it was found that educational institutions do not play a role in the image, practice, entrance to school, facilities, and employment of educational institutions. The direction of improvement was found. Second, the secondary craft curriculum was found to be inadequate in the composition of curriculum, job competency curriculum, and educational satisfaction level. It was suggested as an improvement plan. Third, as a result of analyzing the current status of the secondary craft curriculum, it is necessary to expand the curriculum that requires specialized expertise for the secondary craft curriculum, supplement the national job skills training system, and industrial education linked to the craft industry. appear woke could see that what the education system to train more professionals by improving government policy should be established.
