The Purpose of this study is to analyze a study on globalization of Korean food. The findings are as follows. First, a study on globalization have concentrated on recognitionㆍpreference, importanceㆍperformance, Korean restaurant. Therefore, researchers must be diversified the field of reserches. Second, a study on globalization of Korean food has concentrated on survey research and case study. Therefore, experiment research and literature research must be done. Finally, objects of a study on globalization have centered on foreigner, Korean food, restaurant, so researchers should study diverse objects.
