This survey was conducted to find out the familiarity and preference of chinese residing in korea on korean food. Utilization of the Korean surveyed, it was found that the majority of respondents liked the Korean response was 79.7% of the respondents dual taste and good health, was fond of Korean food. Korea Food for the reason you do not like spice (39.5%) were the most frequent comments, no taste and was too expensive and did not like. Awareness of Korean food groups and what type of food and what food groups that were separated, Korea food items measured perceptions of' Korea food, compared to other countries think that there are many nutrition' type between the two groups for the significant difference was recognized. Education program needs survey of foreign residents in the case of food and education programs for the needs of life and culture can be seen that the greater. Food program for foreigners to enforce than a simple hands-on configuration for Korean food culture of excellence and education should be priority
