Abstract
This Article is to introduce and review the Summary of Decision as well as the Main Issues and Holdings of the following Supreme Court Decisions in 2010; Supreme Court Decision 2009Da77327 decided January 14, 2010 regarding the reverse piercing corporate veil,Supreme Court Decision 2007Da51505 decided March 11, 2010 regarding the statute of limitation for change of claim, Seoul High Court Decision 2010Ra1065 decided November 11, 2010 regarding the election of directors and cumulative voting, Supreme Court Decision 2009Da3920 decided January 28, 2010 regarding provisional order preventing the exercise of voting right, Supreme Court Decision 2008Da65860 decided April 29, 2010 regarding stock issuance nullity suit, Supreme Court Decision 2007Da12012 decided April 29, 2010 regarding the statute of limitation for capital reduction nullity suit, and Supreme Court Decision 2009Da95769 decided August 26, 2010 regarding joint and several liability of corporate split.
