시진핑 신시대 중국 특색의 사회주의시장경제에 대한 제도형태 분석

초록

본 연구는 시진핑 신시대 중국 특색의 사회주의시장경제에 대한 제도형태를 분석한다. 신시대 진입 이후 중국의 주요제도들에 대한 분석을 통해 중국의 경제성장체제가 가진 특성을 파악한다. 분석결과 시진핑 신시대 중국 특색의 사회주의시장경제는 경제적 성장을 지속하면서 사회적 안정을 유지하기 위해 역동적 성장보다는 공정과 안정, 사회주의를 강조하는 제도형태로 변화하였음을 발견하였다. 이에 본 연구는 시진핑 신시대 중국 특색의 사회주의시장경제는 정부의 역할과 영향력을 강조하는 중국식 국가 주도의 성장모델 방향으로 나아갈 것이라는 결론을 제시한다.

Abstract

This study analyzes the institutional forms of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping's new era. Through an analysis of key institutions in China since the advent of the new era, it identifies the characteristics of China's economic growth regime. The analysis results reveal that in Xi Jinping's new era, socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics has transitioned to institutional forms emphasizing fairness, stability, and socialism rather than dynamic growth, aiming to sustain economic growth while maintaining social stability. Accordingly, this study suggests that socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics in Xi Jinping's new era will move towards a Chinese-style state-led growth model that emphasizes the role and influence of the government.
