자본주의 다양성과 중국의 사회주의 시장경제체제: 쌍순환(雙循環) 전략을 중심으로

초록

본 연구는 조절이론을 적용하여 신시대에 진입한 중국의 새로운 발전양식을 분석한다. 성장률 하락과 불평등 증가의 변화 속에서 중국은 성장과 경쟁을 추구하는 발전양식에서 효율과 공정을 강조하는 발전양식으로 변화하고 있다. 이는 정부와 시장의 관계에서 시장이 아닌 정부의 역할을 강조하는 방향으로 나아가는 것이라고 바라볼 수 있다. 신시대 사회주의 시장경제체제에서 중국은 성장과 공정성을 모두 강조하지만 공정성과 안정성, 사회주의에 더 중점을 두고 있으며 정부의 역할을 강조하는 정책들을 시행하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 신시대 진입 이후 중국은 빈곤탈출이 아닌 더 좋은 생활, 공정하고 공평한 생활을 추구하는 규범과 인식으로 변화하였고 이것이 중국의 역사적, 제도적 특성을 기반으로 정부의 역할을 강조하는 새로운 발전양식으로 나타났다는 결론을 제시한다.

Abstract

This study analyzes the new development mode of China, which has entered a new era by applying the regulation theory. Amid declining growth rates and rising inequality, China is changing to emphasize efficiency and fairness rather than growth and competition. This can be seen as a move toward emphasizing the role of the government, not the market, in the relationship between the government and the market. In the new era of socialist market economy, China emphasizes both growth and fairness, but places more emphasis on fairness, stability, and socialism, and is implementing policies that emphasize the role of the government. Therefore, this study suggests a conclusion that China has changed to a perception that pursues a fair and equitable life after entering a new era, which has emerged as a new development mode that emphasizes the role of the government based on China's historical and institutional characteristics.
