『増補古言梯標註』に増補された言葉について

山田常典(야마다 츠네노리)의 『増補古言梯標註』는 楫取魚彦(카토리 나히코)의 『古言梯』에 村田春海(무라타 하루미), 清水濱臣(시미즈 하마오미)가 주석을 단 『古言梯再考増補標註』를 수정하고 새로운 단어를 추가한 자료다. 『増補古言梯標註』는 『古言梯』를 기반으로 한 가나 표기법서 중 하나로 거론되는 자료지만 이에 대한 연구는 충분히 이루어지지 않았다. 본 논문은 『増補古言梯標註』에 새로 추가된 단어들의 위치에 주목하였다. 가나 표기법서 중에는 특정 자료를 수정, 개편한 것이 존재하는데, 새로운 단어를 추가할 시 대체로 한 곳에 모아서 게재한다. 수록어의 배열 체계가 수정된 경우 그에 맞게 단어를 추가하기도 한다. 그러나 『増補古言梯標註』는 원본의 수록어 배열 체계를 유지하고 있고 새로 추가된 단어들은 곳곳에 산재해 있다. 이에 대해서는 선행 연구에서 어느 정도 밝혀진 바가 있다. 하지만 여전히 밝혀지지 않은 부분도 있으므로 본 논문에서는 새로 추가된 단어들의 위치에 주목하여 단어를 추가하고 배치하는 데 일정한 경향이 보이는지 파악하고자 하였다. 조사 결과, 선행 연구를 통해 밝혀진 것 외에 적어도 지역과 관련된 단어에 한해서는 저자가 신경을 써서 배치한 듯한 모습이 보였다. 楫取魚彦(카토리 나히코)의 『古言梯』와 村田春海(무라타 하루미), 清水濱臣(시미즈 하마오미)의 『古言梯再考増補標註』는 지역과 관련된 단어는 대체로 카테고리의 끝에 두었는데 『増補古言梯標註』에 추가된 지역과 관련된 단어도 이러한 경향을 따르고 있다. 또한 몇몇 단어의 위치를 바꾸어서 지역과 관련된 단어가 끝에 오도록 수정한 흔적이 보였다. 그 외 새로 추가된 단어들에서는 그러한 경향이 뚜렷하게 나타나지 않았다. 『増補古言梯標註』는 『古言梯』에 쓰인 히라가나의 자체(字體)와 관련하여 편집 의도, 의식을 잘 이해한 듯한 모습을 보였는데 지역과 관련된 단어를 추가할 때도 원본에 내포된 의도를 발견하고 그에 따른 것으로 해석된다.
Abstract
Zoho Kogentei Hyochu, written by Tsunenori Yamada is a modified version of Kogentei Saiko Zoho Hyochu, annotated by Harumi Murata and Hamaomi Shimizu. Zoho Kogentei Hyochu is a material that is mentioned as one of the Kana Orthography Note based on Kogentei, however sufficient research has not been conducted on this. This paper focuses on the location of the newly added words in Zoho Kogentei Hyochu. Among the Kana Orthography Note, some materials modified and reorganized original text, and when adding new words, they are usually collected and included in one place. When the arrangement system of the words is modified, the words may be added accordingly. However, Zoho Kogentei Hyochu maintained the original word arrangement system, and newly added words are scattered everywhere. This has been revealed partly in previous studies. However, since there are still some unknown parts, this paper attempted to determine whether there is a certain tendency in adding and placing words by paying attention to the location of newly added words. As a result of the investigation, except what was revealed through previous studies, it seemed that the author carefully arranged at least for words related to the region. The words related to the region in Kogentei by Nahiko Katori and Kogentei Saiko Zoho Hyochu by Harumi Murata and Hamaomi Shimizu are usually placed at the end of the category, and Zoho Kogentei Hyochu follow this trend. In addition, some words were repositioned so that the words related to the region came at the end. In other newly added words, such a trend was not evident. Zoho Kogentei Hyochu seemed to have a good understanding of the awareness of editing in relation to the Hiragana glyphs used in Kogentei, and it is interpreted that Tsunenori Yamada, the author of Zoho Kogentei Hyochu, found the arrangement of the words implied in the original texts when adding words related to the region.
