본 연구에서는 영재학생들의 성취목표지향성(과제/자아)이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 심리적 안녕감과 성장마인드셋의 매개효과를 확인하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 영재학생 107명(남 85명, 여 22명)이 검사에 참여하였고, SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0 프로그램을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과 과제목표지향성은 심리적 안녕감, 성장마인드셋, 학습몰입에 모두 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 자아목표지향성은 심리적 안녕감에만 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 심리적 안녕감은 학습몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 성장마인드셋은 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 매개효과 검증 결과, 과제목표지향성이 심리적 안녕감을 매개로 학습몰입에 미치는 경로는 통계적으로 유의하였으나, 그 외의 매개 경로들은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 본 연구는 영재학생들의 학습몰입과 관련된 요인들을 좀 더 이해함으로써 영재학생들의 학습몰입을 증진시키기 위한 교육적 시사점을 제시하고자 하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the influence of achievement goal orientations (task/ego) on learning flow in gifted students, and to examine the mediating effects of psychological well-being and growth mindset. A total of 107 gifted students (85 males, 22 females) participated in the survey. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0. The results indicated that task goal orientation had a significant positive impact on psychological well-being, growth mindset, and learning flow and ego goal orientation showed only on psychological well-being. Psychological well-being positively influenced learning flow, whereas growth mindset did not. The mediation analysis revealed that the path from task goal orientation to learning flow, mediated by psychological well-being, was statistically significant. This research seeks to promote a better understanding of the factors associated with their learning flow.
