본 연구는 자료포락분석(DEA)방법 중 투입중심 CCR 모델과 BCC 모델을 활용하여 국내 25개 검량 및 감정업체의 효율성 분석을 연구의 목적으로 하였다. 검량 및 감정업체는 평균적으로 종업원수 21.7명, 매출액 27억인 중소형 기업이다. 효율성 분석을 위해 자본금, 종업원수를 투입변수로 선정했으며, 연간매출액을 산출변수로 채택하였다. 분석 결과, DMU 11과 DMU 18의 CCR과 BCC 값이 ‘1.0’을 보여 상대적 효율성이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면에 DMU 9는 현재보다 자본금과 종업원수를 46.43% 줄여야 비효율성을 개선할 수 있는 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
This paper aims to analyze the relative efficiency within the Measuring and Surveying Industries(MSIs), to select the relatively low effective Decision Making Units(DMUs), and to suggest the improvement strategies for those. As a research methodology, input oriented CCR and BCC models of Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) were applied to 25 companies which of them had characteristics such as having average 21.7 employees, and earning between 2.7 billion Korean won in terms of yearly business profits. To draw out the efficiency of targeted MSIs, 'the gross capital' and 'the number of employees' are used as input variables while the ‘total sales amount' is represented as output variables. As a result, DMU 11 and DMU 18 are the most efficient corporations which are scored CCR and BCC 1. while DMU 9 is indicated as lowest efficient which needs to reduce 46.43% of 'the gross capital' and 'the number of employees'.
