한중 해운물류기업의 경영효율성 분석

본 연구를 통해 한국과 중국 해운물류기업의 효율성을 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 자산, 자본, 직원수를 투입변수로 하고 매출액, 영업이익, 당기순이익을 산출변수로 하여 DEA(자료포락분석)를 이용하여 상대적 효율성을 측정하였다. 해당 기업의 2008년도 기준 효율성을 측정한 결과, 중국과 한국 해운물류기업 전체 26개에서 CCR 효율성이 1인 9개 기업에서 한국기업이 7개, 중국기업이 2개로 나타났다. 그 외 기업 중 BCC 효율성이 1인 기업 7개에서 5개가 한국기업으로 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 전체적으로 중국기업이 한국기업에 비해 효율성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 비효율적인 기업의 비효율성원인을 분석해본 결과, 중국은 1개 기업을 제외하고 모두 기술적인 측면에서의 비효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 과다한 투입량 측면에서도 중국기업들이 한국보다 비효율적인 것으로 분석되었다.
Abstract
Through this study, I will analyze the Management efficiency of South Korean and Chinese Shipping and Logistics companies. In this study, I used assets, capital and commitment of employees as independent variable and sales, operating profit, net income as the dependent variable. And relative efficiency were measured by DEA(data envelopment analysis). The measured result that based on the efficiency of company 2008 shows that 9 of 26 companies in total were shown effectiveness of CCR as 1 and it was 7 Korean companies and 2 Chinese companies. And the companies that have BCC effectiveness as 1, 5 of 7 in total were Korean companies far more than 2 Chinese companies. Overall, The result shows Chinese companies were less efficient than Korean companies. The result of the analysis of inefficiency of inefficient companies shows that except for one Chinese company, other Chinese companies are inefficient in all of the technological aspects. The result also shows that in the aspect of excessiveness of input Chinese companies much more inefficient than Korean companies.
