초록
Linguistics often denotes its object of study in terms of "unit". Such as phonological unit, morphological unit, lexical unit, we will name terminological unit for the constituent of terminology system, and try to establish a typology, categorizing these units as simple terminological unit(STU), complexe terminological unit(CTU), phraseological terminology unit(PTU). In this article, we will analyse official terms in the field of health and medicine recommended by CSTN of France. The fixity of CTU and PTU has been examined so as to show that the fixity of terminological unit is less constrained than general lexies. We also underlined that variables-verbs of PTU play a role of triggers which structure our perception about the term-necleus. The variables reveal what lies deep in our faculty of nomination. That is to say, it is through variables that we can grasp the relationship we are building with cancer, for example, in other words the specific way in which we perceive a cancer in our real life.
