교육 프로그램 성과관리를 위한 S대학 핵심역량 진단도구 개발 연구

역량기반 교육에 대한 교내외 요구가 높아짐에 따라 보다 체계적인 역량기반 교육을 제공하기 위한 방안 중 일환으로본 연구에서는 기존에 개발한 S대학의 핵심역량 진단도구를 교육 프로그램 성과관리를 위해 수정 보완 및 재타당화하였다. 이를 위해 진단도구의 내용타당화 및 구인타당화 검증 절차를 거쳤다. 먼저 구인의 조작적 정의를 검토하고 내용타당도및 안면타당도 검증을 바탕으로 138개의 예비문항을 도출하였다. 수정한 예비문항은 한 달동안 예비조사를 거쳐총 983명의 데이터로 문항분석, 탐색적 요인분석 및 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석을 통해 총 18개 요인, 86문항으로구성된 진단도구를 개발하였다. 뿐만 아니라, 타당도 검증을 거쳐 6대 핵심역량별 5문항으로 구성한 축약형 진단도구를개발하였다. 이렇게 고도화한 핵심역량 진단도구를 바탕으로 각 대학에서 설정한 핵심역량에 걸맞게 지속적으로재학생의 역량을 진단하고 관리하는데 활용하며, 향후 S대학의 교육 정책의 방향과 역량 중심 교육과정 편성을 위해활용할 수 있을 것이다. 그리고 축약형으로 개발한 핵심역량 진단도구의 결과는 최근 강화 및 확대되고 있는 비교과교육 성과를 분석하는데 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
In this study, to provide a more systematic competency-based education, the previously developed S University's core competency assessment was revised and re-validated for the management of educational program performance, as the demand for core competency-based education increased both on and off-campus. To this end, the measurement instrument went through the verification procedures for content validation and construct validation. First, 138 preliminary questions were drawn from a review of the operational definition of constructs of S university’s core competencies and the verification of content validity and face validity. Second, a preliminary survey was conducted for one month with revised preliminary questions. In a preliminary analysis, a core competency assessment co nsisting of a total of 18 factors and 86 items was developed through item analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and reliability analysis with a total of 983 responses. Lastly, a short version of a co re competency assessment co nsisting of five items in each of six co re competencies was developed through the validation process. In conclusion, the resulting core competency assessment advanced in this study will be useful for diagnosing and managing the core competency of current students and can be used for the future of S university's educational policy and organization in regards to competency-oriented curriculum. Also, the short version of the core competency assessment developed in this study can be used to co llect basic data to analyze performance for extracurricular programs that have been strengthened and expanded recently.
