Research Trends in Online Learning Satisfaction in Korean Universities in the Post-COVID-19 Era : A Systematic Literature Review (2022–2025)

본 연구는 2022년 1월부터 2025년 6월까지 발표된 국내 학술논문을 중심으로 대학 온라인 학습 만족도에 관한연구동향을 분석하였다. 코로나19 이후 온라인 수업이 상시적 교육방식으로 정착됨에 따라 학습자 만족도에 대한다각적 분석이 필요하게 되었다. 국내 주요 학술데이터베이스를 통해 17편의 논문을 수집하여 주제별, 시기별로분석하였다. ‘대학 온라인 학습 만족도’를 핵심 키워드로 검색하였으며, 연구의 일관성과 분석 초점 유지를 위해전략적 선별 기준을 적용하였다. 분석 결과, 대학 온라인 학습 만족도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들이 도출되었다. 첫째, 강의 콘텐츠의 질이 학습자 만족도에 가장 직접적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 교수자의 피드백 질과 상호작용빈도가 중요한 요인으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학습관리시스템(LMS)의 편의성과 접근성이 학습 몰입에 영향을 미쳤다. 넷째, 학습자의 자기주도성, 기술적 역량, 학습환경, 사회적 지원 등이 복합적으로 작용하였다. 이를 토대로 국내대학의 온라인 학습 질 제고를 위한 전략적 방향을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study examines research trends in online learning satisfaction at Korean universities, focusing on domestic academic publications from January 2022 to June 2025. As online education has become a permanent modality in the post-COVID-19 era, a multifaceted understanding of learner satisfaction is increasingly critical. A total of 17 studies were systematically collected from major domestic academic databases and analyzed by thematic focus and publication period. The core keyword "university online learning satisfaction" guided the search process, with strategic inclusion criteria applied to ensure consistency and analytical rigor. The analysis identified several key factors influencing online learning satisfaction in higher education. First, the quality of instructional content was found to have the most direct impact. Second, the quality and frequency of instructor feedback and interaction were significant contributors. Third, the convenience and accessibility of learning management systems (LMS) affected learner engagement. Fourth, learners' self-directedness, technological competence, learning environments, and social support systems interacted in complex ways to shape satisfaction levels. Based on these findings, the study proposes strategic directions for enhancing the quality of online learning at Korean universities
