게임 및 신체활동 프로그램이 취학 전 전반적 발달장애아동의 정서적 행동에 미치는 영향

초록

본 연구의 목적은 게임 및 신체활동 프로그램이 취학전 전반적 발달장애아동의 정서적 행동에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 취학전 전반적 발달장애아동의 정서적 행동에 게임 및 신체활동 프로그램이 가지는 효과성을 규명하는데 있다. 이를 위해 초등학교 취학전 특수유치원에 재학중인 발달장애아동 중 유의표집 방법을 이용하여 실험군 10명, 통제군 10명을 선정하였다. 본 연구에 적용된 게임 및 신체활동 프로그램은 1회 40분간 주 3회 총 20주에 걸쳐 실험군에 적용하였으며 사전, 10주후, 20주후에 집단별 정서적 행동변화를 측정 및 분석하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS 14.0 프로그램을 이용하여 집단간 동질성 검증에 있어 t-test를 이용하였으며, 집단(실험군, 통제군)×시기(사전, 10주후, 20주후)에 따른 정서적 행동변화를 분석하기 위해 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measured 2-way ANOVA)을 이용하였다. 그 결과 게임 및 신체활동 프로그램은 취학전 발달장애아동의 정서적 행동 변화 감소에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 측정 시기별 정서적 행동변화에 있어서는 10주차 이후부터 게임 및 신체활동 프로그램을 실시한 실험군과 실시하지 않은 통제군에 있어 유의한 통계적 차이(충동성-욕구좌절: p<.01, 불안: p<.01, 우울-위축: p<.001, 사회화: p<.01, 자아개념: p<.05, 공격성: p<.001, 현실감 부재: p<.001)가 나타났으며 20주차 이후에는 모두 p<.001의 유의한 통계적 차이가 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 취학전 전반적 발달장애아동의 게임 및 신체활동 프로그램에 대한 10주 이상의 지속적인 참여는 취학전 전반적 발달장애아동이 가지고 있는 충동, 불안, 우울, 반사회화, 부정적 자아개념, 공격성, 현실감 부재와 같은 정서적 행동을 감소시키는 데 효과적임을 제시한다.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to examine the effects of a 12-week swimming exercise on the change in immunoglobulin concentration levels and antioxidant enzyme in the disabled with spinal cord injuries. The subjects were 20 spinal cord injuries men whose age were 20~30year old. And the subjects was divided into two group(n=20): control group(n=10), experiment group(n=10). Subjects were trained by the 12-week aquatic rehabilitation exercise program. In measurement index, immunoglobulin concentration levels analysis were measured of IgG, IgA, IgM, IgD, and IgE. Antioxidant enzyme analysis were measured of SOD, CAT, and GPX. Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of repeated ANOVA. Results of this study were as follows; In the immunoglobulin, experiment group were significantly increased by the 12-week aquatic rehabilitation program in the IgG, IgA, and IgD, but control group were no significantly difference. In the antioxidant enzyme, experiment group were significantly increased by the 12-week aquatic rehabilitation program in the SOD, CAT, and GPX. And control group were significantly increased in the CAT, but SOD and GPX were no significantly difference. The results from this study illustrate that the 12-week aquatic rehabilitation program affected significantly the concentration level of immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzyme in the disabled with spinal cord injuries. Therefore, the aquatic rehabilitation program is asked to be improved effectively for the rehabilitation of the disabled with spinal cord injuries. Despite that, the researches of the relationship between a physical training and the concentration levels of immunoglobulin and antioxidant enzyme in human body should be continued.
