초록

이 연구는 발달장애 청소년 지도자들의 피지컬 리터러시 인식과 의미를 탐구하고 기초자료를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구대상자는 목적표집을 통해 선정된 지도자 11명을 대상으로 반구조화된 질문지를 기반으로 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 자료는 전사와 반복 읽기를 통해 분석하였으며, 연구 결과의 타당성과 신뢰성은 삼각 검증법을 사용하였다. 연구 결과는 지도자들이 체육수업에서 겪는 어려움, 신체적 제약, 동기 유발 방법, 학생들의 이해도 등 다양한 측면을 포함하였다. 발달장애 청소년의 특성상 신체적, 심리적, 인지적, 사회적 영역에서 제약과 한계가 각기 다르게 나타나는 것이 확인되었다. 신체적 영역에서는 지도자들이 학습자의 발달 단계와 개별적 요구에 맞춘 맞춤형 교수법을 강조하였다. 심리적 영역에서는 동기 부여와 긍정적 심리 상태 유지가 중요하다고 인식되었고, 인지적 영역에서는 미디어와 기술을 활용한 교수법이 강조되었다. 사회적 영역에서는 체육수업이 사제관계와 교우 관계를 강화하는 효과적인 수단임을 확인하였다. 이 연구는 발달장애 청소년의 피지컬 리터러시를 강화하기 위해 환경적, 인적, 행정적 지원 체계의 개선 및 체육수업 환경의 변화가 필요함을 시사한다.

Abstract

This study explores the perceptions and meanings of physical literacy among leaders of adolescents with developmental disabilities, providing foundational data. Eleven leaders, selected through purposive sampling, were interviewed in-depth using semi-structured questionnaires. Data were transcribed and analyzed through repeated readings, with triangulation ensuring validity and reliability. Findings revealed challenges faced by leaders in physical education classes, including physical limitations, motivation strategies, and student comprehension. Unique constraints in physical, psychological, cognitive, and social domains for adolescents with developmental disabilities were identified. Leaders emphasized tailored teaching methods for physical development, the importance of motivation and positive psychological states, media and technology use for cognitive engagement, and the role of physical education in strengthening relationships. This study suggests the need for improved environmental, human, and administrative support systems and changes in physical education environments to enhance the physical literacy of adolescents with developmental disabilities.
