This paper intends to deal with the negative forms of “Zheme(这么) / Name(那么)+ adjective” structure. Through the division, we are able to deepen the understandingof these negative forms. We discover “Zheme(这么) /Name(那么) + adjective” of forms differ in theirsemantic and pragmatic function, and they receive the syntax semantics limitingcondition is also different syntactic restrictions，mainly because of the differencesabout demonstrative pronoun and Negative Word, such as the differences between“Zheme(这么) and Name(那么)”, “Bu(不) and Mei(没)”.
