이 논문은 중국공산당 100년의 엘리트 정치 변화를 분석한다. 먼저, 중국의 엘리트 정치를 시대별로 어떻게 분류할 수 있는지를 검토한다. 또한 그와 같이 엘리트 정치를 분류하는 기준이 무엇인가를 분석한다. 중국의 엘리트 정치는 마오쩌둥 시대의 일인지배, 덩샤오핑 시대의 원로지배, 그 이후의 집단지도로 나눌 수 있다. 또한 이런 엘리트 정치의 유형은 권력원과 권력 집중도, 권력 행사 방식, 지도자 간의 권력관계라는 세 가지 기준에 따라 분류할 수 있다.
Abstract
This article analyzes the changes of elite politics in the CCP’s 100 years history. First, it attempts to categorize the types of elite politics in different periods. Second, it puts forward the criteria categorizing the types of elite politics. Elite politics in China can be categorized as one-man rule in the Mao era, gerontocracy in the Deng era, and collective leadership in the post-Deng era, based on three criteria: the sources of power, the exercise of power, and the power relationships between the top elites.
