성인 여성학습자의 평생학습 참여에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대한 AHP분석

본 연구는 평생학습에 참여하는 성인 학습자의 평생학습참여요인들 중에서 어떠한 요인이 평생학습 참여에 큰 영향을 미치는지 실증적 분석을 통해 그 속성을 파악함으로써 평생학습의 실천현장에서 최적의 대안 및 우선순위를 판단할 수 있는 기준을 제시하고자 하는 목적을 갖고 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 연구에서는 AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)를 통해 문제를 해결하고자 하였다. AHP분석은 평생학습 참여에 영향을 주는 요인들의 상대적 중요도 산정을 위한 계층분석방법으로 일관성검증을 실시하여 일관성 비율 0.1이하의 자료만을 분석하였다. 평생학습에 참여하거나 참여했던 대전·충남지역 성인학습자 53명을 대상으로 평생학습참여의 우선순위를 종합적으로 분석한 결과, 학습자 특성이 가장 중요한 것으로 평가되었다. 그 다음으로 교육기관 환경, 프로그램 및 강사 순으로 나타났다. 성인학습자의 평생학습 참여에 영향을 미치는 하위요인 영역별 상대적 중요도는 1) 좋은 프로그램, 2) 배움에 대한 열정, 3) 자격증 취득, 4) 시간적 여유, 5) 소속감 및 인간관계유지, 6) 편리한 교통 접근성, 7) 쾌적한 시설, 8) 합리적 수강료, 9) 질 높은 강사진, 10) 직원 친절성 순으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This study analyzes the important factors in the participation of adult learners in lifelong learning using the Analytical Hierarchy Process(AHP) method. The AHP method was used to test a priority model. A dataset of 53 adult learners in the city of Daejeon and Chungnam was examined for both the relative importance and the priority of various factors in their participation in lifelong learning. The AHP model was applied in order to determine the weights of the evaluation items for gauging the level of importance of the factors influencing adult learners' participation in lifelong learning. Only the data for which the inconsistency ratio was below 0.1 were analyzed, given the consistency needed for AHP application. The results show the categories of participation in lifelong learning' can be ranked in the following order, from highest to lowest importance: 1) a learner's characteristics, 2) the environment of the lifelong education institution, 3) the lifelong learning program and lecturer quality, By order of relative importance, the factors in participation are 1) good programs, 2) a passion for learning, 3) certifications, 4) available time, 5) belonging and relationships, 6) easy accessibility of transportation, 7) comfortable facilities, 8) reasonable tuition, 9) high-quality lecturers, 10) employees' services.
