MZ세대가 군에 입대한 지 오래며 군 병력의 70% 이상을 MZ세대로 분류할 수 있다. 본 연구는 군 전투력 발휘의 핵심인 정신전력에 있어 MZ세대 장병 특성이 미치는 영향을실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 육군에서 복무 중인 장병 416명을대상으로 MZ세대의 주요 특성인 주도적 성향과 조직공정성 인식, 그리고 지휘관의 변혁적 리더십을 측정하였고, 이들의 지휘관인 중(포)대장 48명에게 장병들의 정신전력수준을 평가하도록 하여 변수들 간의 관계를 확인하였다. 연구결과, MZ세대 장병의 주도적 성향과 조직공정성, 지휘관의 변혁적 리더십이 정신전력에 정적(+)인 영향을 미치고있는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 지휘관의 변혁적 리더십이 조직공정성 인식과 정신전력의관계를 조절하고 있음을 밝혔다.
Abstract
The MZ generation has long joined the military, and more than 70% of the military force can be classified as the MZ generation. The purpose of this study was to empirically verify the factors affecting the mental force of soldiers, which are the core of military combat power. To this end, 416 soldiers serving in the Army measured the Proactive Personality of the MZ generation, the perception of Organizational Justice, and the Transformational Leadership of their commanders. The company leaders(48, their commanders) were asked to evaluate the level of Mental Force. As a result of the study, it was possible to confirm the influence of Proactive Personality, Organizational Justice, and Transformational Leadership on Mental Force, and it was revealed that the Transformational Leadership of the commander moderates the relationship between Organizational Justice and Mental Force.
