The number of Korean language learners is consistently increasing. Many of them are confronted with issues that are difficult to solve by themselves in an environment that they had not experienced before. One of the ways they attempt to solve their problems is to seek counseling. This study surveys and analyzes the level of satisfaction with the counseling services, identifies their difficulties, and thus aims to improve teaching Korean to be more effective and learner-centered. This study surveyed 145 learners of Korean who had received counseling. The survey results were collected and analyzed. This study analyzed students' satisfaction of counselors, physical environment of the counseling room, and counseling services. Results showed that among these three factors, students expressed the highest level of satisfaction regarding counselors. According to the findings of this research, the primary cause of differentiation between reported satisfaction levels was the respondent’s nationality. On the other hand, results indicated no meaningful correlation between other variables(gender, age, grade, and counseling method) and the students' level of satisfaction. The research also showed that satisfaction regarding counselors, satisfaction regarding the physical environment of the counseling room, and counseling satisfaction level were positively correlated to a great extent.
