유루캬라를 이용한 일본의 프로파간다 연구‒후쿠시마를 중심으로‒

Abstract

Japan’s Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries put forward a “let’s eat and cheer” for the revival of the Tohoku region, which was devastated by the 2011 Tohoku earthquake and the Fukushima nuclear power plant accident. In addition, the Japanese government is taking the lead in continuously and actively focusing on propaganda. In recent years, it is even more serious as it has put forward a strategy to offset people’s unstable psychology and negative views on radioactive contamination using ‘Yurukara.’ The Japanese government is agitating to eliminate resistance to radiation by connecting it with events to experience directly with Yurukara, which is loved by the general public. There is a need to raise awareness of the proganda using this Yurukara. The purpose of this study is to understand the actual situation of propaganda used by the Japanese government as a means of promoting agricultural products and specialties in Fukushima, which is still at high risk of radiation, and to protect our safety.
