산림활동을 통한 보호대상아동 자립 정서 변화 분석

본 연구는 정서적 안정화가 이루어지는 중요한 시기인 14~19세 보호대상아동의 자립정서강화를 위해자연을 매개로한 산림치유기반의 자립역량강화 프로그램을 적용하고 이를 통해 보호대상아동의 자립정서 변화를 알아보고자 하였다. 보호대상아동은 보호 종결이 되는 만 18세 이전부터 심리적, 사회적, 경제적 부분의 체계적인 자립준비가 필요하며, 이를 위해 자립지원에 대한 프로그램이 적용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 보호대상아동에게 자연을 매개로한 산림치유기반의 프로그램을 적용함으로써 정서적 안정과 자립역량에 대한 향상을 도모하고자 하였다. 산림치유기반의 자립역량강화 프로그램은 2박3일간 횡성에 위치한 숲체원에서 진행되었으며 아동들의 자아존중감, 대인관계 개선, 돈 관리 기술에 대한 역량강화를 위한 프로그램을 구성, 제공하였다. 그 결과 보호대상아동들의 자아존중감, 대인관계개선, 우울수준의 정서적 특성이 긍정적으로 변화되었으며, 경제적 부분의 돈 관리 기술이 향상되었다. 이를 통해 자연을 매개로 한 산림치유기반의 자립역량강화 프로그램이 보호대상아동의 자립 정서 효과를 분석함으로써 산림치유의 대상자 확대와 치유효과분석에 대한 기초자료를 제공한 점에 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The paper tried to find out changes on self-reliance of at-risk children after applying self-reliance enhancing program based on forest healing therapy using nature as medium. The program, to strengthen their self-reliance sentiment, was conducted on subjects between14 to 19 years. These period is regarded as important as emotional stabilization is occurred during the term. At-risk children are required to prepare systematic psychological, social and economic independence from 18 years old when guidance is terminated and for this, programs on self-reliance are applied. The research has applied a program that is based on forest healing therapy that has adapted nature as medium and tried to help enhancement of emotional stabilization and self-reliance capability. The program was conducted at Soopchewon located in Hoengseong, Gangwon Province for 2 nights and 3 days. It was to improve capability on self-esteem, interpersonal relations and finance management and accordingly organized and provided for children. As a result, at-risk children’s self-esteem was increased and interpersonal relation and emotional status at the degree of depression were positively changed. Also, money management was improved. Through this, the paper can be said as meaningful as it has analyzed the self-reliance effects on at-risk children with the program based on forest healing therapy using nature as medium, expanded the subjects range and offered the basic material analyzing healing effects.
