국립공원 시설물에 대한 탐방객의 인식에 관한 연구 - 내장산국립공원을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 내장산국립공원 시설물의 속성별 인식 차이와 탐방객들이 느끼는 서비스만족도를 측정하여국립공원 시설물 관리 정책 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 내장산국립공원 탐방객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 통계분석을 하였으며 주차장, 화장실, 탐방로, 안내판, 안전시설, 탐방지원센터, 야영장을 대상으로 중요도-성취도 분석(IPA)을 통해 탐방객들의 시설물에 대한 인식 정도를 조사하였다. 내장산국립공원 탐방객들은 주차장의 위치, 주차장의 수용능력, 주차장의 관리 상태와 화장실의 위치, 화장실 청결도, 화장실 관리상태, 탐방로의 안전성, 탐방로 노면상태, 탐방로 편의/훼손방지시설, 탐방로 관리상태, 안내판의 내용/효과, 안전시설의 관리 상태에 대해 중요하게 생각하고 있으며 성취도도 높았다. 내장사 지구와 남창계곡(백양사)지구 모두 공통적으로 시설물에 투자가 필요하며, 위험지역 주의 안내판 및 훼손지역의점검과 관리를 철저히 할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 화장실의 개수, 안전시설의 위험지역 난간 설치 및안전시설 주의안내판 설치 등의 3가지 속성에 대해 중요하게 인식하고 있으나 적절한 대응책을 제공하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타나 다른 속성들에 비해 우선적으로 관리대책이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
This research was conducted to measure the differences in perception by attributes of Naejangsan National Park facilities and the service satisfaction level experienced by visitors, in order to provide basic material to establish management policies for national park facilities. In order to achieve this objective, a survey was conducted on Naejangsan National Park visitors and statistical analysis was conducted on the obtained data; importance performance analysis (IPA) on parking lots, public restrooms, trails, signboards, safety facilities, tourist information center, and campsites was used to investigate the extent of visitor perception of facilities. Visitors of Naejangsan National Park considered location, capacity, and management condition of parking lots; location, cleanliness, and management condition of public restrooms; safety, road condition, convenience and damage prevention facilities, and management condition of trails; contents and effects of signboards; and management condition of safety facilities important and these categories showed a high level of achievement. There is a need to commonly invest in facilities in Naejangsa and Namchang Valley(Baekyangsa) districts, and there is a need to thoroughly examine and manage the warning signboards near dangerous areas and damaged sites. Further, although visitors consider the following three properties, the number of public restrooms, and safety facilities installments such as handrails in dangerous areas and warning signboards important, there are no appropriate responsive measures provided. Therefore, there is a need for management measures with these attributes as priorities to others.
