국립공원 시설물에 대한 탐방객의 인식에 관한 연구- 무등산국립공원을 중심으로 -

본 연구는 무등산국립공원의 시설물의 속성별 인식 차이와 탐방객들이 느끼는 서비스만족도를 측정하여 효율적인 공원 관리와 더불어 국립공원 시설물 관리 정책에 도움을 주기 위하여 수행되었다. 이를 위해 무등산국립공원 탐방객들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분석하였으며 시설물의 중요도-성취도 분석(IPA)를 통해 탐방객들의 시설물에 대한 인식 정도를 측정하고자 하였다. 주차장, 화장실, 탐방로, 안내판, 안전시설, 탐방지원센터에 대해 무등산국립공원 탐방객들은 주차장의 위치와 수용능력, 화장실의 수와 청결도 및 관리상태, 탐방로의 편의/훼손방지시설 설치, 안전시설의 위험지역 난간 및 주의 안내판 설치, 관리상태에 대해 중요하게 인식하고 있으나 관리적인 측면에서 이에 적절한 대응을 하지 못하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 조사지역 별로 우선시정이 필요한 시설물의 속성이 다르게 나타나 시설물 개선 방안 또한 조사지역에 따라 다르게 수립되어야 할것으로 생각된다. 원효사, 증심사, 만연사 지구 공통적으로 우선 시정이 필요한 시설물 항목은 ‘안전시설의 주의안내판 설치’였다.
Abstract
This study was conducted through a visitor satisfaction survey and measuring the level of facilityrecognition by facility attributes. The goal is to aid the effective management of the Mudeungsan National Parkwhich was newly designated in 2013. It also aimed to contribute to the management policy of national park facility. The researchers surveyed Mudeungsan national park visitors and extracted following results from analysis. We haveimplemented Importance-Performance Analysis(IPA) to parking lot, toilet, walking tracks, signboard, safety facilities,information centre to determine visitor’s level of recognition of each facility. Based on this analysis, visitors recognizethe importance of parking lot location and its capacity, toilet sanitation and its management state, installingconvenient or damage prevention facilities in walking track, providing safety rail and warning sign, and facilitymanagement state. However, park policy is not responding well The result exposed that facility improvement strategyis required by researched regional groups because those facilities that should be rectified have different attributes. Installing warning signs for safety was the common issue to be corrected in all of Wonhyosa, Manyeonsa andJeungsimsa.
