주왕산국립공원 탐방객 만족도 향상을 위한 관리속성 분석

Analysis of Management Attributes for Improving Visitors Satisfaction in Juwangsan National Park

초록

본 연구는 COVID-19 확산 이후 주왕산국립공원의 관리속성을 분석하여 향후 탐방객 만족도 향상을 위한 공원 관리 운영방안 수립 시 기초자료 제공을 목적으로 수행되었다. COVID-19 전후 관리속성 만족도 비교를 위해 독립표본 t-검정을, 관리속성 변화를 파악하기 위해 수정 IPA를 활용한 비교분석을 시행했으며, 2019년과 2022년 탐방객 대상으로 수행된 설문지 400부, 337부를 분석에 사용하였다. 분석 결과, 공원의 전반적 만족도와 관련된 문항은 2022년이 2019년보다 더 높은 값으로 유의하게 나타났으며, 관리속성 문항은 전반적으로 낮은 값을 보였다. 수정 IPA를 활용한 비교분석 결과, 지속적인 노력이 필요한Ⅰ사분면의 공통된 측정 문항으로는 ‘자연경관’, ‘편의시설’이, 중점 개선영역인 Ⅱ사분면은 ‘주차장 이용요금’, 우선순위가 가장 낮은 Ⅲ사분면은 ‘주변 상가 관광 서비스’가 나타났다. 변화된 관리속성 중 ‘공원 내 숙박시설’은 Ⅳ사분면에서 Ⅱ사분면으로 변경되어 중점 관리 영역에 위치하였다, 연구 결과를 토대로 관리속성 변화를 파악하여 향후 적합한 공원 관리 운영방안 수립이 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the management attributes of Juwangsan National Park after the spread of COVID-19 and to provide basic data when establishing a plan to manage and operate the park to improve visitors satisfaction. Independent samples t-test was employed to compare satisfaction of management attributes before and after COVID-19, and a comparative analysis using revised IPA was employed to identify changes in management attributes. And 400 and 337 questionnaires conducted by visitors in 2019 and 2022 were used for the analysis. As a result of the analysis, the questions related to the overall satisfaction of the park were significantly higher in 2022 than in 2019. Furthermore, the management attribute questions were generally lower. Next, the results of the comparative analysis using revised IPA, ‘Natural landscape’ and ‘Amenities’ appeared as common management attribute in the Ⅰ quadrant that keep up the good work, ‘Parking fee’ in the Ⅱ quadrant that focus management, ‘peripheral shopping mall tourism service’ in the Ⅲ quadrant that low priority. Among the changed management attributes, ‘accommodation in the park’ was changed from the Ⅳ quadrant to the Ⅱ quadrant. Therefore, this was located in the priority management area. Based on the results of the study, it is judged that it is possible to establish an appropriate park management and operation plan in the future by identifying changes in management attributes.
