】일반적으로 조직시민행동이란 조직에게는 유익하나 공식적으로는 역할이 요구하는 사항 이외에 해당하는 것으로서 공식적으로는 구체화하거나 보상하기도 어려운 행위를 말한다.이러한 조직시민행동은 모든 조직에 필요하지만 특히 서비스 관리에 있어서 그중요성이 더욱 부각되고 있는데 이는 내부 구성원간의 관계에 대한 노력이 외부,고객에게로 연장될 가능성이 높으며 조직의 성과와 조직의 성패를 좌우한다고 예측할 수 있기 때문이다.이 연구에서는 이러한 조직시민행동을 경찰공무원을 대상으로 실증적으로 측정해보고 직무태도가 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향을 규명하여 한 후 직무태도가, ,조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 있어 신뢰의 조절효과를 검증하였다.이 연구는 한국 경찰조직이 성장발전하기 위한 효과적이고 효율적인 적자원관리에 대한 다음과 같은 시사점을 지니고 있다.이 연구를 통하여 조직시민행동에 대한 직무태도와 상관에 대한 신뢰의 실증적유의성을 확인할 수 있었다 이와 관련하여 경찰공무원의 모든 행위는 업무역할. ,에 의해 공식적으로 규정될 수는 없다는 사실과 조직의 원활하고 효과적 운영을위해 경찰공무원이 자발적으로 역할외적 활동을 수행할 수 있도록 하는 시스템을구축할 필요가 있다 이를 위해 가능한 범위 내에서 역할 외적 활동을. Abstract
】The Efects of Police Oficer’s Job Atitudeon Organizational Citizenship BehaviorsLe, Hwang WoJo, Jae JinGeneraly, Organizational Citizenship Behaviors(OCBs) are a special typeof work behavior that are defined as individual behaviors that arebeneficial to the organization and are discretionary, not directly orexplicitly recognized by the formal reward system.OCBs are thought o have an important impact on the fectivenes andeficiency of work teams and organizations, therefore contributing to theoveral productivity of the organization.This tudy explored the OCBs.
