본 논문은 내러티브 방법론과 구약 내러티브 비평을 소개하고 창세기 47장 27절~50장 26절을 통해 본문의 실제적 적용을 다룬다. 창세기 마지막 족장 내러티브에 등장하는 세 가지 단락(47:27-48:22, 49:1-33, 50:1-26)은 옴니버스식이면서 ‘역전’이라는 하나의 연결된 주제를 제시한다. 이는 창세기 37~38장과 댓구를 이루고 있으며, 야곱 가족 내러티브(창 37:2~50:26)에서 주제적 대칭 구조의 모습을 보여준다. 특히, 창세기 47장 27~50장 26절에 나오는 세 가지 역전은 아버지 야곱 중심으로 진행되며, 각각 홀수 대칭 구조, 선형 구조, 홀수 대칭 구조(a–b–a′)로 구성되었고, 이 주제가 점차 강화되었음을 알 수 있다. 이 부분의 스토리텔링은 앞으로 이스라엘 백성에게 일어나게 될 사건들의 암시적이고 전조적인 성격의 차원으로 이해될 수 있으며, 이들 세 가지 역전은 제1내러티브(창~왕하)의 폭넓은 관점에서 새롭게 바라볼 수 있다.
Abstract
This paper introduces narrative methodology and Old Testament narrative criticism, and deals with the practical application of the text through Genesis 47:27 to 50:26. The three paragraphs (47:27-48:22, 49:1-33, 50:1-26) that appear in the final Patriarchal narrative of Genesis are omnibus-style and present a connected theme of ‘reversal’. This constitutes a phrase from Genesis 37-38, and shows the appearance of a thematic symmetry structure in the Jacob family narrative (Gen. 37:2 to 50:26). In particular, the three reversals in Genesis 47:27 to 50:26 are centered on the father Jacob, consisting of an Uneven Chiasmus, a Linear Schemes, and an Uneven Chiamus (a–b–a′) respectively, and it can be seen that this theme has been gradually strengthened. The storytelling in this part can be understood as the dimensions of the implicit and foreshadowing character of the events that will occur to the Israelites in the future, and these three reversals can be viewed anew from the broad perspective of the Primary Narrative (Gen.~2Kgs).
