이 글은 음악영재교육과정 평가모형 개발을 위한 기초연구로서 본 연구의 내용은 크게 세 부분으로 나누어진다. 첫 부분에서는 음악영재성 개념과 최근 음악영재교육의 지향점을 고찰한다. 두 번째 부분에서는 기존의 영재교육과정평가모형에 대한 검토를 토대로 CIPP 모형을 음악영재교육과정 평가에 적합한 모형으로 수용한 이유를 간략하게 제시한다. 세 번째 부분에서는 의사결정지향 접근모형인 CIPP 모형의 장점을 토대로 상황, 투입, 과정, 산출평가의 평가목표와 평가항목 등을 정리하고 음악영재교육과정 평가모형으로서의 CIPP의 주요 개념과 요소들을 제안한다. CIPP 모형을 음악영재교육과정 평가모형으로 수용한 이유는 우선 음악영재교육평가에서는 과정과 결과를 모두 중시하여야 하기 때문이며 또 다른 이유는 음악영재성이 개인적 요인과 사회·문화적 요인을 포함한 환경적 요인에 영향을 받는 특성을 갖기 때문이다.
Abstract
This is a preliminary study on the evaluation of gifted music program. For the purpose of establishing the model of curriculum evaluation, this study is divided into three parts. The first part describes the musical giftedness/talent and the goal of gifted music education. The second part briefly examines the aim and value of evaluation models. The third part examines the strengths of CIPP, and elaborating the key concepts and components of CIPP as an evaluation model for gifted music program. CIPP uses four primary concepts to guide evaluation, being context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation, and product evaluation. One of the main reasons for providing CIPP for the evaluation model for gifted music program is because CIPP centers on the relationship between all educational activities(process) and outcomes(product). The other is because the giftedness has something to do with the individual and environmental factors including socio-cultural factors.
