The Effects of Online Lifelong Education Program Converging Contents in Workplaces on the Beauty Assistance Job Skills of Unemployed People with Developmental Disabilities

The purpose of this study is to verify the effectiveness of online lifelong education program converging contents in workplaces on beauty assistance job skills of people with unemployed developmental disabilities. The subjects of this study were three people with developmental disabilities who were staying at home in the state of unemployment after graduating from a special school. The study was conducted through the experimental environment of shampoo rooms in hair salons including bathrooms in the home. In the study method, multiple probe design across subjects among the main techniques of single subject research was used for the research design, and three experimental conditions were composed of baseline, intervention, and maintenance. As a result of the study, the subjects of the study effectively acquired and maintained beauty assistance job skills through the online lifelong education program converging contents in workplaces. Through this, this study discussed and suggested based on the establishment of mutual significant relationship between independent and dependent variables.
