연구 목적: 본 연구는 원장의 변혁적리더십이 교사-영유아 상호작용의 질에 대한 관계성를 살펴보고 교사의 자기효능감 매개효과에 대하여 검증하는데 목적을 두고 있다연구 방법: 유아교육기관에 근무하는 보육교사를 대상으로 189부의 설문조사를 실시하여 자료를 수집하였고 SPSS 프로그램을 이용하여 자료를 처리하였다. 변혁적리더십과 교사-영유아 상호작용의 질의 관계성과 자기효능감의 매개 효과는 다중회귀분석과 Sobel 검증을 적용하였다. 연구 내용: 유아교육기관인 보육교사 대상으로 원장의 변혁적리더십이 교사-영유아 상호작용의 질에 미치는 영향을 분석하였고, 자기효능감의 매개효과를 추가적으로 분석하였다결론 및 제언: 원장의 변혁적리더십이 교사-영유아 상호작용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 자기효능감의 매개 변수로서 효과가 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 교사와 유아 간의 상호작용의 질을 높이기 위해서는 유아 교육기관의 리더십 역량 프로그램이 확대할 필요가 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the director’s transformational leadership and the quality of teacher-infant interaction and to verify the mediating effect of teachers’ self-efficacy. A survey was conducted on 189 teachers working in early childhood education institutions to collect data, and the data were processed using the SPSS program. The results showed that the director’s transformational leadership had a positive effect on the teacher-infant interaction. Also, the mediating effect of self-efficacy was found between these two variables. Based on the results of this study, it will be necessary to expand leadership competency programs in early childhood educational institutions in order to improve the quality of interaction between teachers and young children.
