연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 한국어교육에서 취업 면접 담화의 특성을 고찰하고 이를 화법 교육에 접목하는 데에 있다. 연구 방법: 연구 목적을 달성하고자 취업 면접 대비와 관련한 국내외 도서 13종에서 제시하고 있는 대표 질문과 그에 따른 모범답안을 분석함으로써 한국어교육에서의 면접 화법 내용의 교육 방안을 제시하였다. 연구 내용: 취업 면접 대비서 분석 결과 총 14개의 세부 질문 유형을 추출하였다. 결과 및 제언: 주요 질문의 유형에 따라 총 14단원의 면접 말하기 교육 내용을 구성하였으며, 한국어교육에서 면접 화법을 교수할 때 고려해야 할 사항을 4가지로 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to identify the characteristics of Korean job interview discourse and how to make speech education more effective. In order to achieve these goals, representative questions and model answers presented in 13 domestic and foreign books related to job interview preparation were analyzed and the educational methods for interview speech in Korean language education were suggested. Based on the results, the speaking education content for job interviews was organized into 14 units according to questions type and four considerations when teaching Korean interview speech were suggested. This study was meaningful in that it thoroughly investigated and analyzed the basic materials for creating the content of the Korean job interview speech education. I expect that this study’s results can be used in practice and in future research.
