화법 교육의 면담 교육 내용 체계화 방안

이 연구는 화법 교육의 면담 교육 내용을 검토하기 위해 면담 교육의 용어, 목표, 내용, 방법으로 나누어 선행연구, 교육과정, 교과서를 분석하였다. 그리고 면담에 대한 사회적 요구와 시대적 변화를 반영하여 면담을 정보 탐색 및 자료 조사를 목적으로 면담 참여자들이 대면하여 질의응답 방식으로 각자의 경험 세계를 공유하고 확장하는 공식적인 담화로 정의했다. 그리고 상호교섭적인 관점에서 면담 교육 내용의 체계화를 위해 면담 교육의 방향을 성찰적, 탐구적으로 설정해야 함을 밝히고 다음의 세 가지 내용으로 면담 교육 내용 체계화의 방향을 제안했다. 1)상호교섭적 경험 확장으로서의 면담교육 2)학습자의 발달과 면담 환경 변화를 고려한 면담교육 3)탐구방법으로서 문제해결을 위한 면담교육
Abstract
This study reviewed the contents of interview education in speech communication education, and this article systematically presents new contents. Prior research and exisiting-curriculum and textbooks on interview educational terms, goals, contents, and methods were analyzed. Reflective interviews and inquiries were considered necessary for the development of interview education, and interview education was embodied in the following three types of content. 1) interview education as an expansion of mutual transaction experience, 2) interview education considering learners' development and changes in the interview environment, and 3) interview education for problem solving an inquiry method.
