국내 수산물시장 콜드체인 물류시스템 개선에 관한 연구

본 연구에서는 국내 수산물시장의 콜드체인 물류시스템의 개선과정에서 실질적으로 유통전반에 참여하고 있는 주체인 선주와 어업인, 도소매상과 중도매인, 수협 등의 공급사슬 참여자들이 가지고 있는 콜드체인 물류시스템의 개선을 위한 중요한 요인을 파악하고 분석하여 국내 수산물시장의 콜드체인 물류시스템 개선에 적용할 수 있는 자료를 제시하고자 한다. 국내 수산물시장 콜드체인 물류시스템의 개선요인의 항목별 Fuzzy-AHP 분석결과 대분류에서는 정책적(0.402), 기술적(0.314), 기타 공급사슬(0.284) 순으로 분석되었으며, 가장 영향력이 높은 요인은 기타 공급사슬상 요인의 유통단계 축소 및 간소화로 13.7%로 나타났으며 다음으로 정책적 요인의 유통인프라 구축지원이 13.5%, 표준화 및 인증제도 지원이 10.6%로 나타났다.
Abstract
In this study, we would like to present data that can be applied to the improvement of the cold chain logistics system of the domestic seafood market by identifying and analyzing important factors for the improvement of the cold chain logistics system held by shipowners and fishermen, wholesale and retail stores, intermediary wholesalers, and Suhyup, who are actually participating in the overall distribution of the domestic seafood market. According to the Fuzzy-AHP analysis of the improvement factors of the cold chain logistics system in the domestic seafood market, policy (0.402), technology (0.314), and other supply chains (0.284) were analyzed in the major category. The most influential factors were the reduction and simplification of the distribution stage of other supply chain factors, followed by 13.5% support for the establishment of distribution infrastructure and 10.6% support for standardization and certification systems.
