중국에서 신선식품의 안전성과 품질에 대한 인식이 높아지면서 콜드체인 역시도 함께 발전하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 중국 내에서 콜트체인 물류업체 선정을 위한 요인들을 제안하고, 어떤 요인이 전략적으로 우선이 되는지 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 4개의 상위요인과 16개의 하부요인으로 구성된 선정요인 프레임워크를 제시한다. 각 요인들의 상대적 중요성은 16개 물류업체로부터 회수한 설문을 AHP를 통해 분석을 하였다. 분석 결과는 각각의 요인들의 상대적 중요성과 순위를 보여주었는데, 그 중에서도 이미지와 녹색물류 활동이 상위요인 중에서 가장 중요한 요인으로 파악되었다.
Abstract
Cold chains are being developed in China along with the increasing awareness of food safety and quality. This study aims to suggest selection criteria for the cold chain logistics companies in China and analyze the criteria for strategic prioritization. For this purpose, a framework of selection criteria including four factors at the upper hierarchy and sixteen at the lower hierarchy was proposed. The relative importance of these factors were analyzed by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) using a questionnaire survey of 16 logistics companies in China. The finding shows relative importance and ranking of each criterion, including that image and green logistics activities are the most important at the upper hierarchy.
