The purpose of this study is to establish the identity of the Korean Pedagogical Grammar as a Foreign Language and to offer the way of educating the pedagogical grammar for Korean learners. The grammatical form of Korean should be verified and sequenced according to the learner's cognitive processing. When Korean language is taught, the essential purpose is to acquire and apply the target language efficiently by studying rules. this study is related to design and suggest an effective grammar teaching model to improve students' communicative activity and to explain various question was existed in Korean grammar system. The teaching of grammar should includes sentence grammar, discourse grammar, and pragmatic functions. Grammar entries should be constituted of units of authentic language usage, and grammar descriptions should include forms, semantics, and pragmatic information. Therefore, this study investigates the practical approach of Korean grammar system.
